TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promotion runs from Monday 1st January 2025 to Saturday November 22, 2025
$13,000 will be given away each month for 11 months. Total guaranteed prize pool of $143,000.
Plus... All monthly winners will receive a ‘Golden Ticket’ with the chance to win $500,000 if present on the final draw day Saturday 22nd November 2025, at 4.15pm. Promotion is funded by the ‘Money Train Jackpot’
Draws will take place on a selected Saturday of each month for 11 months, commencing 1st January 2025. Draw dates: Janaury 18, February 15, March 22, April 26, May 24, June 21, July 19, August 23, Sept 20, Oct 18, Nov 22
1. From Monday 1st January members will receive one (1) entry into the draw via our internal WILDCAT system with every $10 turnover in any of our gaming machines when your membership card is inserted.
2. On the selected Saturday of each month between 2.00pm & 4pm we will draw 5 members to choose a lucky bar of chocolate. Members must validate their tickets on each draw day by swiping their membership card at reception, using their card at any
till or by inserting your card into any gaming machine at the club on each of the draw days listed.
3. Draws will take place at 2.00pm, 2.30pm, 3.00pm, 3.30pm and 4.00pm. A staff member will draw a winner from the e barrel draw program. The winners name will be displayed on the screen and promotions staff will call the winner to come to
the prize table to select a lucky bar of chocolate. Inside each bar will be a cash prize plus a ‘Golden Ticket’ with a 1 in 100 chance to win $500,000 on the final draw day. Monthly cash prizes include 1 x $6,000, 1 x $3,000, 1 x $2,000, 2 x $1,000.
4. Members must be present in the Club at the time of the draw, on each draw day, to claim any of the cash prizes. Winners will have 3 minutes from the time of the draw to come to level 1 (restaurant area) and present their membership card & choose a bar of chocolate. If not claimed within the 3 minutes a redraw will occur.
5. At the end of each draw day, all entries expire & new entries begin accruing with every $10 spend for the next draw day.
6. On the November 22 draw day all ‘Golden Ticket’ winners will be required to attend the final draw. After the 5 November draws between 2pm and 4.00pm, at 4.15pm all 55 ‘Golden Ticket’ holders will be in the draw with a chance to win $500,000.
7. 100 Envelopes will be on display, 99 envelopes have $10,000, & 1 envelope will have $500,000. First winner drawn will choose an envelope, possibly winning $500,000. Envelope draw to be conducted / supervised by ‘Prizetech Promotions’.
4 more winners will then be drawn to win a consolation prize. 2nd number drawn will win $3,000, 3rd number drawn will win $2,000, 4th number drawn will win $1,000, 5th number drawn will win $1,000.
8. Monthly winners may nominate one proxy in the event that they are unable to attend the draw date. In the event of the proxy winning a prize, the cheque will be held at the club until the winner can come to the club to claim the prize.
9. Promotion is open to all current financial Members of the Hervey Bay RSL & SMC INC. Minors and excluded persons are not permitted to participate in the promotion.
10. Employees and Committee members of the Hervey Bay RSL & SMC INC are not eligible to participate or be nominated as a proxy for the promotion.
11. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Hervey Bay RSL is final.
12. Winners agree that the Hervey Bay RSL may use names & photos if they so choose to for any publicity photos for marketing.
13. Total cost of promotion, $181,362 (funded by Money Train jackpot).
Please Note: $500,000 is an insured prize & included in the total cost.
