MONEY TRAIN GAMING PROMOTION
$16,000 will be given away each month for 11 months.
Up to $166,491.07 will be funded by the ‘Money Train Jackpot’
Draws will take place on a selected Saturday of each month for 11 months, commencing 24th January, 2026. Following draw dates will be February 21st, March 21st, April 18th, May 23rd, June 20th, July 25th,
August 22nd, September 26th, October 24th and November 21st. Promotion runs from Thursday January 1st, to Saturday November 21st, 2026.
1. From Thursday January 1st, 2026 members will receive one (1) entry into the draw via our internal WILDCAT system withevery $10 turnover in any of our gaming machines when your membership card is inserted. ** Excludes TAB and Keno.
2. On a selected Saturday of each month between 2pm and 4pm we will draw 5 members to choose a lucky envelope. Members must validate their tickets on each draw day by swiping their membership card at reception, using their card at any till or by inserting your card into any gaming machine at the club on each of the draw days listed. Members with multiple entries can win multiple prizes.
3. Draws will take place at 2.00pm, 2.30pm, 3.00pm, 3.30pm and 4.00pm. Staff member will draw a winner from the e-barrel draw program. Winners name will be displayed on the screen and promotions staff will call the winner to come to the prize table to select a lucky envelope. Envelopes will contain 1 x $6,000, 1 x $4,000, 1 x $3,000, 1 x $2,000 and 1 x $1,000 cash prizes.
4. Members must be present in the Club at the time of the draw, on each draw day, to claim any of the cash prizes. Winners will have 3 minutes from the time of the draw to come to level 1 (restaurant/gaming area) and present their membership card & choose an envelope. If not claimed within the 3 minutes a redraw will occur.
5. At the end of each draw day, all entries expire & new entries begin accruing with every $10 turnover in the gaming room for the next draw day.
6. Promotion is funded by the ‘Money Train’ Jackpot Fund up to $166,491.07, balance funded by the Hervey Bay RSL Club funds.
7. Promotion is open to all current financial Members of the Hervey Bay RSL & SMC INC.
8. Employees of the Hervey Bay RSL & SMC INC, miners & excluded patrons are not permitted to participate in the promotion.
9. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Hervey Bay RSL is final.
10. All winners agree that the Hervey Bay RSL may use winners names & photos if they so choose to for any publicity photos for newspapers and magazines.
1. Members can start collecting entries from 2pm every Tuesday. Simply have your membership card inserted into any of our gaming machines and with every $10 played/turned over, the member will receive an automatic ticket via our wildcat e-barrel computer.
2. Promotion time commences from 3.00pm to 5.00pm. There are 5 draws in total.
Draws at: 3.00pm for $250, 3.30pm for $250, 4.00pm for $250, 4.30pm for $250 and 5.00pm for $500.
3. When drawn the winner will have 3 minutes to collect their prize or the cash prize will JACKPOT to the next winner. If the following winner does not claim the prize, then the prize will jackpot again. If the winner of the final prize does not claim, then a redraw will occur until the final prize is claimed.
4. Employees of the Hervey Bay RSL & SMC INC are not eligible to enter the promotion.

Draws at: 3.00pm for $300, 3.40pm for $300, 4.20pm for $300, and 5.00pm for $600.
