To our members, guests and community...
Members Update… Tuesday June 30th, 2020
Members and guests,
After today’s Government announcement (Tuesday July 3) that Stage 3 restrictions will be brought forward, we have great pleasure to advise that we will be reopen for business Friday July 3rd at 12pm.
We are excited to welcome everyone back to the club, you will be able to enjoy many of our clubs facilities. Poppies café and Sandy Bay Restaurant will be open, however our nightly meal specials will not be available initially. If you wish to make a booking our reception staff will be available from tomorrow 9.30am – 4pm to take your bookings. All bars will be open, gaming and Keno will be available. Bingo will recommence on Sunday 5th with eyes down at 11.15am. The Kids Club will also be open, but numbers will be restricted. Courtesy bus will be available, but we will be restricted to 6 patrons per bus to adhere to social distancing, so we ask to please be patient as we will do our best to get as many to the club as possible.
Members promotions will be temporarily suspended due to restrictions on numbers, this will be reviewed on Monday 13th July. The snooker room will also be closed until Monday 13th. Entertainment will also be suspended temporarily, but we are hoping to resume as soon as possible.
If you haven’t already heard, we are also pleased to give all current members 12 months free membership, so no need to renew your membership when you visit. Your existing card will continue to provide you with all your member benefits for another 12 months.
Of course, our priority will be to make the club a safe environment, cleaning will be our main priority along with ensuring you enjoy your return to your club. We ask that you follow guidelines with social distancing and hygiene and of course if you feel unwell please stay at home.
